You are good at:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls

  • Identifying and assessing the customer’s pain points

  • Building sustainable relationship with customers through open and interactive communication

  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Following up to ensure resolution

  • Archiving relevant data and documents

  • Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas

Extra awesome if you:

  • Know more than one language (English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic)

  • Have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Are familiar with CRM systems and practices
